How I Lose Weight + Food Tips

Here’s the low-down on what I’m doing to lose weight and how it works.

1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day.

2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week.

3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day.

(4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.)

FROM THE VIDEO:

The salad is:
1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach

2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese
= around 110-130 calories :D

YUM!

Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories).

Vanilla chai (and decaf vanilla chai), peppermint tea and bangal spice teas all also need no sweeteners or additives of any kind.

Im 219 now and Ive lost 16 pound since Mid July.I eat 1600 calories a day (Minimum for Men) and I exercise only 10 – 15 mins a day.

Im gonna kick it up starting tuesday by doing 20 mins a day at least.

Wow. When I click on your video I want to hear how you lose weight starting in the first second of the video, not how many subscribers you have and how your subscribers send you too many messages. Save the subscriber stuff for the end, so that people can watch the important part of the video and move on when you start talking about subscribers.

honestly, no? if you want to be technical, lots of tap water has fluoride which is bad for you, but that is a major concern if you are near a vulnerable area.

i lost 45 pounds in 5 months when i was 15 and diagnosed with pcos. ive gained a little weight since then :( but im going back to what i did before but a much healthier version. I should post videos up.

You’re an inspiration =D! Seriously, you are. If I guess correctly, you’re not an instructor of any professional physical activity whatsoever, & that’s a huge plus! You should tie up w/ the “raw” helpers here in youtube (namely scooby1961 & charliejames1975). In theory, if you’re body type becomes “slim”, it’ll be easier (& more fantastic) to get a toned body (having slight muscle definition) =). Not only do i like this, I also love the info that you gave. Thank you for sharing =D!
