I overate (kind of binged) today . . . What should I do?

I kind of overate today.
I hate exercise so I jogged lightly for 15minutes. . .
The problem is at around 3 I overate.
Not on very unheathly food.
I ate lots of rye bread, rye crisp, natural rice cake, baby carrots, half an apple, PB, and LOTS OF COTTAGE CHEESE (3%) Where I live 3% cottage cheese is the lightest they have.
So my question is:
What do I do now? Jog more? Wait? Just sit down?
Is cottage cheese good for our health?
Yea. . . I actually do restrict But that’s only because my parents will make me go to the gym after winter break ends ![]()
I try to eat at least 1300 cal but I think I eat less usually (and is cottage cheese unhealthy or healthy?!)
So what?If you are not feeling bloated or uncomfortable,forget about it.If you are,then take a tablet of Rinetidine-300 or Omiprazole-20 or Pantaprazole-40,depending upon the degree of uneasiness.You will start feeling comfortable after 1/2 an hour and will be perfectly comfortable after one and a half hour.It dose happen once in a while if the food is very tasty or you are in a good company while eating.Nothing to worry about it.These tablets/capsules are freely available as O.T.C.products.

Sometimes we overeat. It’s not a big deal unless you do it regularly. I wouldn’t worry about jogging it off, just stick to a regular exercise program and don’t worry about exercising just to compensate for overeating. It won’t help you burn off the food you just ate anyway.
Sometimes we binge because our body is telling us it needs more nutrition, sometimes because we are depressed, on our period, because of the weather, because we are bored, etc.
You might want to think about what triggered the overeating and think about a long term fix instead of worrying about a short term fix.

it will all even out in the end. some days you eat more, someday you eat less… it all work out in the end
Have you been restricting? because that would lead you to binge. your body is craving food – you have to give it what it needs. Please do not do this (i know that path.. it is horrible even though you try to convince yourself that is it not. it will ruin your life – but then again i didn’t listen to anybody when they said that to me. but please! do not do it, for your sake, for your family’s sake, and for your friend’s sake.)
Can you edit your note to say that you are or you are not restricting/what you plan to do in the future – so that i know, so that i can sleep tonight

Much obliged for giving us some good recommendations on this topic. I have located a great variety of savvy suggestions about natural health and some not-so-good ideas. Do you have any more honest ideas or places on the Web that I can find more detailed information? This would be very much appreciated! Either way, continue the good work!
