where can i learn about health and nutrition around the Manchester/ Bolton area?

Ideally i would like an apprenticeship, but they dont seem to do any courses in my local area. I know Leeds uni do it, but thats a bit far.
I dont need to loose weight, im intersted in becomming a nutritonist. I would like to study it
