Spinach gives way more calcium than milk also provides way more good gut bacteria than any yoghurts

hmm ok, some good …
hmm ok, some good advice [read; the organic recommends] but to suggest folks go ahead and add some of their “chemical sweeteners” is insane.
Fruit and veg especially uncooked are super good, buckwheat is ace for blood and garlc raw, say 4 cloves a day will give measured benefits too ;]
yay for coconut fats tough getting hold of organic coconut products here in Europe.
We just found a supplier for raw un~pasteurized milk though and am getting first batch Monday yay !

read the first part …
read the first part below first.

neutralize the acid.
So why is that?
Only 20 percent of the calcium can be absorbed out of milk products.
Aditionally the casein, a protein of milk products, can not be digested by the human body.
So milk products become very acidic.

Milk products are …
Milk products are very bad for you.
I can simply prove this to you.
Take a look at Japan. They don’t even know milk products there. In America where the consuption of milk products is one of the highest in the world there should be no osteporosis at all. In fact in Japan the level of osteporosis is one of the lowest while in America it is one of the highest in the world.
Milk products are actually stealing you calcium because it is so acidis that calcium has to be solved out of your bones to

Eat plain yogurt …
Eat plain yogurt with some honey instead of artificial sweeteners. Mix in some cinnamon, it’s very yummy (maybe some sliced up apples and some almonds in it). I’ve found it’s better to stay away from artificially synthesized sugars. Sugar/sweetness should still be considered a luxury and not a necessity.

Dackathon:

I think one of the …
I think one of the biggest obstacles that gets in the way of eating healthy is the time it takes to prepare healthy, unprocessed and raw foods.

Aside from cost, there are a lot of people that I know, myself included, that are too tired after working more than half the day away to come home and prepare a balanced meal every day. In addition to time preparing meals, due to the limited lifespan of fruits and vegetables, it means more trips to the store for the food you need.

if you wanna “feel …
if you wanna “feel good”, get off the dairy.

September 8th, 2009 | 4:58 am
Cirkustanz:

The pasteurization …
The pasteurization process kills any benefit of the calcium, since the potassium is destroyed. Your body can’t absorb calcium without potassium. The bigger reason though, is not WHAT pasteurization is, but WHY it exists. With pasteurization, very low quality milk (more puss, blood, other contaminants) are able to be in the milk since it is not detectable. But it is still there, and while disgusting, it is also unhealthy.

The protein size in dairy is destructive to us. Milk is bad.

Raisonbran648:

well the real …
well the real catch22 is that to eat healthy, its a luxery today. Just look at anything you buy, you get what you pay for. So of course you can get some low quality crap that wont work well but its cheap. I think the same comcept applies to alot of fields and also to food.

Now what thyre showing is foods that are less expencive than say, a lobster but healthy. Just like tools that save you money, but still provide some reliability and quality.
