Gluten only makes …
Gluten only makes someone with celiac sick. There is no such thing as non celiac gluten intolerance. there is no test for it because it doesn’t exist! It seems to appeal to people with eating disorders.

What are you on …
What are you on about? There is such a thing as gluten intolerance, it isn’t as serious as Celiac, though.

Celiac messes with absorption by killing off intestinal villi where as the intolerance just makes you sick/bloated. It isn’t as serious, but it doesn’t mean “it’s bollocks”

Also, why are you bringing up eating disorders? Anorexics simply don’t eat and bulimics throw up what they eat.

I don’t think they care if they are eating gluten or not at that point.

Gluten has given me …
Gluten has given me autistic symptoms my whole life and destroyed my sense of smell. It would make me high like a drug and I could only focus on this drug (gluten) for the last several decades. Now I removed it and I’m starting to live for the first time in my life.

From what I …
From what I understand it differs from manufacturer, when it comes to oats. Like, does the manufacoter coat the conveyer belt with flour, do they process other things with gluten and if so, is it sanitized before and after others things are processed.

I also believe that quinoa does have gluten also, but I’m not 100% on it, it could also differ from brand to brand.

Thanks. From what …
Thanks. From what I’ve read, oats have gluten but it’s not the same. I tolerate oats quite well. They get digested quickly but it’s not the same result as wheat! You’re quite right I’m sure about when they’re processed.

I think quinoa is safe. I just need to learn to like it. :)
