Anyone else having their children stay home from school to boycott Obama’s brainwashing speech?

Posted by admin on Dec 23, 2009

Even though it is the first day of school tomorrow, I am keeping my children home from school in protest of Obama’s socialist brainwashing speech. He is going to indoctrinate our children to become the new Hitler Youth by preaching socialism, claiming that their grandparents deserve to be Euthanized (like his plan for health care reform requires), and say that homosexuals have the right to marry multiple partners or even sheep.

Now I tried to call my school’s superintendent to complain, and while he said that they would gladly accommodate an alternate activity for my children should they wish to not see the propaganda video, I feel this is not good enough as the children would need to go back to class immediately afterwards, and what if the other children decide to tell them what happened, well, that just horrifies me too. Not to mention, that to have even a single child exposed to this speech is an utter horror. Needless to say, the superintendent would not listen to my plea to ban the speech district-wide, even though I broke down crying during my call.

Any other parents feel the same way?

Why are you sending your children for socialized education in the first place? If you don’t want them indoctrinated, why not send them to private school or home school them? That way you could teach them about intelligent design and the trickery of the left with their propaganda, lies about global warming and evolution.

Why should the rest of us pay for your kids’s education? What part of public don’t you understand? You don’t want to pay for my health care, I don’t want to pay for your children’s education.

Should America permit the FDA to ban all herbs, supplements and natural healing aids?

Posted by admin on Dec 23, 2009

The American FDA plans to pass a new regulation giving them unlimited control over all natural, organic and holistic healing products and practices. This document is called “Docket No. 2006D-0480. Draft Guidance for Industry on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Products and Their Regulation by the Food and Drug Administration.”
Given their attitude towards all such health options, it is likely that many, if not all, of the effective and inexpensive holistic alternatives available today would be literally forced off the market. This plan is not only intrusive, but also ridiculous- if the law is passed, vegetable juice would be considered a “drug”! Bottled water to treat “dehydration” would be a “drug”! Everything from massage oil, yoga mats, and simple green tea would almost certainly be outlawed or unfairly policed.
Is this acceptable to us, the public? We alone have the ability to stop this regulation from becoming reality in a matter of weeks- the FDA accepts petitions and complaints only until April 30- then it is LAW.
If you care about this affront to our freedom as consumers, please make your voice heard and ACT NOW! Also, you can read the full story here:

Greenthought,
This is a guidance document only, not new regulations.
This guidance document does not change anything. If you make disease claims for carrot juice, then it is subject to regulation as a drug. This is true right now, without this guidance document. If you make no disease claims, then you are OK.(Credit given to Michael Donaldson Ellensburg, WA USA)

I sent the FDA this comment anyway:
Regarding Docket No 2006D-0480 I completely oppose the FDA’s never ending attempts to reclassify vitamins, supplements, herbs and even foods so that you can regulate them. The informed public sees this as just another step in appeasing the pharmaceutical industry & their efforts to increase their profits by promoting a never ending list of deadly allopathic drugs under the guise of promoters of good health. http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/oc/dockets/comments/commentsmain.cfm?EC_DOCUMENT_ID=1451&SUBTYP=NEXT&CID=&AGENCY=FDA

Which is the best natural medicine for dandruff?

Posted by admin on Dec 19, 2009

I am 20/Male and had used several costly shampoos for curing my dandruff but it returns after seizing it and due to those chemical shampoos my hairs are getting grey. Please suggest me some herbal/natural shampoo or medicine to cure my dandruff.

Dear Aditya,
Like you many many people do not know the scientific fact that dandruff is not a skin disease but a deficiency of selenium a vital mineral which is anti ageing and anti wrinkle too, it binds tissues in a healthy way so that from fifth layer of you skin remain healthy and when it mature from 5th to first dead layer remains healthy.
The greatest source of selenium is onion and the greatest loss of selenium & zinc is in semen. So, gentlemen all modern doctors give you go ahead to masturbate as much as you can. I wish to ask them are they scientists or have they got their semen tested that what they lost, no. Then why they ask you for 5-7 days abstinence before you go for semen analyses test. Next time you visit your doctor you have a right to ask every question pertaining to your health and you have a right to know true scientific facts.

1. Slow frequency of masturbation
2. Increase intake of onions (even after cooking onion loses vitamin c but not minerals)
3. Increase intake of vitamin c i.e. amla as it help us to absorb and retain selenium.
4. Dandruff is axacty a 28 days process if you can increase intake of zinc, selenium, vitamin c and take care of your scalp you will be cured forever unless you do not cause deficiency again.
5. Every day grate one average size onion (if you can find white onion, it is pure white like milk), strain and take out juice, mix it with shikakai powder, hibiscuss leaves and apply as paste (as you apply henna) then wash with normal warm water.
6. Apply Jatyadi tail thrice a week and wash with ritha (soap nut) powder mixed in water.
You will find eextremelygood quality, silky, smooth hair in just one month.
I hope you will believe me.

What do U think Catholic Archbishop: Health care plan MUST include illegal immigrants?

Posted by admin on Dec 19, 2009

Lobbying Congress today on the issue

San Antonio Archbishop Jose Gomez says any health care reform plan has to include coverage for illegal immigrants, 1200 WOAI news reports.

"It must include immigrants, especially legal immigrants, but all immigrants," Gomez told 1200 WOAI news today from Washington DC, where he and other Catholic bishops are meeting with Hispanic members of Congress about health care and immigration reform.

"We are concerned about the immigrants," Gomez said. "The immigrants are human persons too, and one way or another, they are going to need health care. It think it is important to recognize that, and be open to them participating one way or another in the health care system in this country."

Health care or subsidies to purchase health care for illegals has become one of the hottest issues embroiling the health care debate.

It was President Obama’s claim that illegals will not receive health care that prompted Rep. Joe Wilson (R-South Carolina) to yell his famous ‘you lie!’ to the President during a speech on health care to Congress.

Gomez and Bishop Jaime Soto of Sacramento said they met with Congress ‘bringing the light of faith and the light of reason.’

"Any reasonable health care reform has to include the immigrant community, and has to provide, at a minimum, some sort of safety net for the undocumented," Soto said. "If we do not provide them access to quality health care, that will not only will affect their health care, but will also prejudice the health care of society in general. If this health care reform is not only to improve the health care of individuals but also improve the health care of society, it makes sense to include immigrants."

Gomez said he is also urging Congress to exclude coverage for abortion.

"This should be a universal plan, that everybody should be able to participate in the plan. That means also that we support a health care plan that includes the care of people from conception to natural death. I honor the statement of President Obama last week that federal funds are not going to be used for abortions, and also the protection of the conscience clause."

I got suggestion for Jose G. Since most illegals in U.S. are of Catholic faith, let all illegals use Catholic hospitals & clinics, and have Catholic church foot all the bills. If he would not be happy with this arrangement, then let him keep his nose where it belongs, in his confessional, not sticking it in capitol hill. problem solved.

I am looking for a reputable Natural & Herbal medicine company in the US, Mexico or Canada. Any suggestions?

Posted by admin on Dec 15, 2009

Most herbal supplement companies are owned by massive pharmaceutical conglomerates that use slick marketing and ad campaigns to push their wares on an unsuspecting public: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,525643,00.html?sPage=fnc/health/alternative

It’s very difficult to find any smaller scale companies, especially ones who can afford the technology to test their products and ensure they’re not contaminated.

If you had the opportunity to fulfill your life goal, your dream career…?

Posted by admin on Dec 15, 2009

…to complete school and earn income in six figures…and the experience of a new country (safe first world country) would be excellent for your children, you are going to be married and have more kids with the new partner, siblings for your current children and the stepfather is wondeful with your children and they have an enormous bond…

and the biological father sees the kids four days a month, two weeks in the summer time and alternate xmas days and father’s day, and has otherwise no involvemnet with the children, no phone calls, doesnt stay involved in school or health care unless you do the work for him, he exercises no responsibility but wants maximum rights and your kids have no bond with him, dont even talk about him when he’s gone, dont want to call him on the phone, dont want to visit, your son says he’s mean to him, would you apply for mobility to fulfill that dream and move to a new country away from your ex?
im not painting anything any way, these are facts, this is how much he sees them, this is what the kids say, this is the opportunity, i put nothing about personal emotion in there, facts only, the days he sees them, the involvement he has (actually doesnt), and thats truth, nothing to justify one way or another…

as for the other parts, its not a strange country to us, the kids absolutely love the country, have already been immersed in the culture as that is where their stepfather is from, have bonds with their stepfamily over there, i already have a personal support system of friends and family, plus with a six figure income I can fly home and fly the kids back to see thier bio dad three times a year minimum and see my family at the same time

You’re presenting a story in which one course of action is ALL good and the other choice is ALL bad. People do that to justify their choices to themselves and others. I’m not judging you (we all do it at some time or other), I am just trying to draw your awareness to it so you can look at the situation more objectively and make the best choice possible for yourself and your children without twisting facts to be the evidence you wish them to be.

Nobody can tell you what to do – either choice will impact your life for many years to come. This is why it is so important for you to see the pluses and minuses of both choices before you commit.

I will suggest listing the positives and negatives for each choice but challenge yourself – when the positives of one choice are a page long and not a single downside, ask yourself what you are pretending not to know, not to see. I promise even the best choices have a cost/downside/negative consequence.

For example, have you considered what would happen if you move to a strange country and things don’t work out with the new partner? What kind of social and support network will you have? How easy or difficult will it be for your children to adjust?

On the flip side, are you undervaluing your children’s relationship with their biological father? How will it affect them in the long term if you make choices that prevent this relationship from growing, deepening and becoming more fulfilling?

I just want you to realize that nothing is black and white and the more we try to make it seem that it is, the more we deceive ourselves. Of course you will make the best choice possible but do it with full awareness, be objective, be informed, anticipate both the challenges and the rewards so you won’t be disappointed because your expectations were unrealistic.

Should costs or medical necessity decide what medical treatment you receive?

Posted by admin on Dec 15, 2009

Europe has Universal Healthcare. I was reading a story today about it and basically the central healthcare planning board said the following:

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Guidelines (Nice) has ruled for the first time that saving a life cannot be justified at any cost, in a review of its ethical guidelines.

Nice is facing growing criticism over the number of drugs it is now rejecting which are available throughout Europe and in America. Last week, it refused to sanction four kidney cancer drugs which can double life expectancy.

It has now rejected the so-called "rule of rescue" which stipulates that people facing death should be treated regardless of the costs. The rule is based on the natural impulse to aid individuals in trouble.

NICE is the Universal Healthcare Medical Board for England. So is this what is in store for us here in the United States?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2547393/Patients-should-not-expect-NHS-to-save-their-life-if-it-costs-too-much.html

Mike – what kind of answer is that?
Tribeca – please show me proof

ethically i should be driving a BMW.. it is much safer than my 1992 Escort. why should i, just because i failed to continue my education and decided to collect welfare, be subjected to drive a car that is inferior in safety to a car that is driven by somebody who works very hard every day?. OBAMA please send me my BMW! (end sarcasm)

and no, girl is wrong.. people live shorter in the US because we eat like crap, do not exercise, and lack health education.

what herbal products or natural plants are best for reducing high uric acid level?

Posted by admin on Dec 3, 2009

my UA level reaches to 11.75. As of now I have not been experiencing gout but i want to reduce my uric acid level by taking or eating natural foods instead of medicine. What foods are really best for this? Thank you .

Firstly when you feel a flare up do the R.I.C.E. technique

Steer clear of Aspirin, it makes things worse. Use ibuprofen.

Cherries contain compounds that neutralise uric acid in the blood, & are also anti inflamitry. You’ll need to eat aprox 20 cherries to get the same pain reliving effect as one aspirin.

Daily doses of fish oil or flax seed oil can ease the inflamation in the joints. (It must be fish oil, not cod liver oil as this contains too much vitamin A & D.)

Another thing is ‘Bromelain’, an enzyme found in pineapple. to achieve a theraputic effect a product must contain 2000MCUs (milk clotting units)per gram. Check the labels before you buy. The usual dosage is 500mg three times a day between meals.

Fresh celery, or tablets containing ‘celery seed extract’ seem to help eliminate uric acid. the usual dose is 2 to 4 tablets a day.

Nettle leaf also helps to lower uric acid levels. Experts recomend 300 to 600mg of freeze-dried extract a day.
Don’t use nettle for more than three months at a time.
AVOID nettle in tincture form, it contains alcohol which will agrivate gout!

And of course drink lots of water, but that go’s without saying.

Avoid: meat gravey, offal, sweetbreads, shellfish, anchovies, sardines, herring, game, fried foods, refined carbs eg:white flour, oatmeal, yeast containg foods eg:baked goods, also certain vegetables:peas, beans, spinach, and cauliflower.
